Communicators and Storytellers
We provide information about Lehigh to various audiences by building awareness and visibility. UCPA generates reputationally impactful , design, multimedia, web content and more—to achieve the goal of delivering relevant, timely and compelling messaging that resonates.

Partners in Messaging
UCPA works closely with MarComm partners across the institution, providing communications-related strategy, guidance and services to help bring the Lehigh brand to life. We develop materials that help share the authenticity of Lehigh messaging and share them with university partners to enrich and unify messaging at all levels. Student interns are also integral to helping shape .

Larger than Lehigh
Community and government relations also play a critical role for the institution. Through community engagement, we actively participate in programs and partnerships with the local community and region. We also work to continuously strengthen existing ties with our federal and state legislators to build long-term, ongoing collaborations that help drive the university forward.

UCPA works to provide guidance and governance around the development of content across the university. This work helps drive all campus communicators toward common goals and anchors marketing and communications output in measurable and defined areas of priority.

Marketing and Communications Community of Practice (MarComm)
UCPA connects marketing and communications professionals working across Lehigh University in a variety of ways including regular meetings, trainings, workshops, The Perch and more. These partners share best practices, exchange ideas, reinforce the Lehigh brand and strengthen our content strategy through transparency and collaboration.
Bringing Lehigh to Life
University Communications leads the development, coordination and promotion of the Compelling Perspectives series, collaborating across campus to ensure the program meets its goal of widening the aperture on issues of societal importance.
In support of Admissions’ goals of recruitment and enrollment, UCPA develops marketing strategy and materials to reach prospective undergraduate and graduate students.
